Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag in Windowed Mode

This is a tutorial video about how to run AC IV Black Flag not in full screen (windowed)
but as you can see, it's actually not windowed, it's just not full screen

it has no window, so I'm not sure that this is windowed or just not full screen
